• The current annual logbook subscription retains logbook data for 12 months unless otherwise stated.
• Uploaded files, generated reports, backups, and exports may be retained to support product features and recovery workflows.
• We may delete or restrict access to data when an account expires, is cancelled, violates policy, or is no longer needed.

6. Billing and Payment Providers

LogbookAI uses third-party billing providers to process payments, checkout sessions, subscriptions, and billing events.

We do not store full payment card numbers in the application. Payment information is handled by the applicable billing provider according to its own policies.
