This Refund Policy explains how Logbook AI by Aviation AI Solutions LLC ("LogbookAI") handles refunds for subscriptions, page token packs, and other paid features of the Service.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge the practices described on this page and in our Terms of Service and Pricing pages.
2. General Policy
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes logbook access subscriptions, page token packs, and other usage-based or prepaid credits.
- Unused page tokens or credits do not represent stored value and are not redeemable for cash.
- Credits and subscription benefits may expire according to the plan terms in effect at purchase.
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused time, unused credits, or partially consumed processing.
3. Subscriptions
Logbook access subscriptions renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout.
You may cancel future renewals through your account or billing provider, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
4. Page Token Packs and Processing Credits
Page token packs and similar prepaid processing credits are consumed when scan, validation, or related processing workflows run.
Once processing has started or credits have been applied to your account, those purchases are not refundable except where required by law.
5. Billing Errors and Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, contact us promptly so we can review the transaction.
Verified duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions may be corrected with a refund or account credit at our discretion.
6. Service Issues
If a paid feature fails due to a material service issue on our side, we may, at our discretion, reprocess the affected work, restore credits, or issue a refund or credit.
Refund or credit decisions depend on the nature of the issue, account history, and whether the problem was reported within a reasonable time.
7. Payment Provider Disputes
Purchases may be processed by third-party billing providers such as Stripe, Paddle, or PayPal.
Chargebacks or payment disputes should be directed to us first when possible so we can resolve billing questions before a dispute is opened.
8. Legal Requirements
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or other laws.
If mandatory law requires a refund in your jurisdiction, we will comply with those requirements.
