Common questions
Do extracted flights publish automatically?
No. Scan and import workflows keep proposed rows in staging until you review fields, fix issues, and publish. You stay in control of what enters your logbook.
How do processing credits work?
AI scan and validation use page token credits (1 page per credit; 1 credit per validation run). New accounts receive 5 free preview pages. Additional Processing credits pack packs are $10. Credits are separate from Basic or Pro subscriptions.
What happens after the complimentary Pro period?
New accounts include 30 days of Pro access (AERO, Scan, AI Validation, Insights). After that window, those features require $75/year unless you upgrade. Basic logbook and map access continues through your complimentary first year.
How do organizations get Enterprise access?
Enterprise includes organization tools and licensed Pro capabilities. It is sales-assisted — contact us for seats, admin features, and licensing terms.
